Rates include:
- GST (Goods & Services Tax) 5%
- Floatplane charter to and from lodge
- All bed linen and towels
- Unlimited use of boat (same boat everyday), motor, fuel, depth finder, swivel padded seats with back, floatation devices, Marine radio and detailed maps
- NWT Fishing license
- Use of Spin-cast, trolling and fly rods and equipment
- Fly or spin-cast lessons
- Guided trip to the Inlet Falls, 10 miles up Beaulieu River
- Free phone and High Speed Internet access
- All accommodations & meals at the lake
- Soda pop, customer fridge and ice.
- Owner-operator friendly service guaranteed.
- Free to repeat customers – ATV day trip to Trout lake. ($200 each if not accompanied by a repeat guest.)
- Fly fishing equipment and lessons supplied free.
- Full use of boat, same boat every day, no limitations on time or fuel!!
Rates do not include:
- Transportation to Yellowknife from your province or state
- Accommodations in Yellowknife, NT if necessary
- Alcoholic beverages. (They can be purchased in Yellowknife)
- Unscheduled floatplane (at your request)
Deposit and final payment:
Deposit is payable within 7 days of booking with balance due 90 days prior to trip.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Less then 90 days – cancellation will result in forfeiture of monies previously paid.
Reservation can be transferred to another party at no extra charge.
If Hearne Lake Lodge is able to fill a cancelled reservation, a refund less $450.00 administration fee will be made.
If a discounted replacement reservation is made the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund.

Book a 4 day (depart on the 5th) or 5 day (depart on the 6th) package and pay only $3260.00 CAD per adult (Children under 12 are half price)
Group Rates are based on a minimum of 6 people and are all inclusive from Yellowknife.
